Our 58 year old female client was rear ended while merging onto the Sawgrass Expressway. She sustained neck and back injuries that were not fully apparent at the time of the crash. She later underwent surgeries to both her neck and her back after conservative treatment failed to give her relief from her discomfort. She was able to resume work as an aide. The insurer denied fault and contested injuries and damages over the course of the lawsuit until finally settling.
